This agreement governs the use of the credit union’s Teller Line Connection with (TLC) the accounts and services offered by the UFCW Local 1776 Federal Credit Union. Use of the Teller Line Connection service will indicate your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this agreement.
The TLC can perform many of the same tasks as a teller. The PIN you use to access the TLC system acts as your signature. The PIN identifies the user of the number and validates the given direction.
Your PIN is an identification code that is personal and confidential. The use of the PIN with an account number is a security method by which we are helping you to maintain the security of your account(s). YOU AGREE TO KEEP YOUR PIN CONFIDENTIAL AND TO TAKE ALL REASONABLE PRECAUTIONS THAT NO ONE ELSE LEARNS YOUR PIN.
Your account(s) can be access under the TLC service via a touch tone telephone only. TLC will be available for your convenience twenty-four (24) hours per day. This service may be interrupted for a short time each day for data processing.
The credit union reserves the right to refuse any transaction which would draw upon insufficient funds, exceed a credit limit, lower an account below a required balance, or otherwise require us to increase our required reserve on the account. All checks are payable to the primary member and will be mailed to the address of record. The credit union may set other limits on the amount of the transaction, and you will be notified of those limits.
Your Liability: Notify us immediately if you know or believe that your PIN has been lost or stolen or money is missing from your account. If your monthly statements shows transactions that you did not make, and you do not contact us within 60 days after the statement was mailed to you, you may not recover any money lost after that time. If you give your PIN to someone else to use, you are authorizing them to act on your behalf and you will be responsible for any use of the TLC system.
Changes and Termination: You agree that the UFCW Local 1776 Federal Credit Union may add or discontinue services or related fees and make other changes to this agreement by sending written notice to your address of record. The credit union may terminate this agreement in the same way. The credit union will follow any legal or regulatory requirements that apply to these notices. Your use of these systems or related services after the effective date of the change will constitute your acceptance of and agreement to the change.
